おいしいタピオカティー

おはよございます、みんなさん。 Last Saturday I tried Bubble tea at the Redondo Beach Pier. Bubble tea (called tapioca tea in Japan) is a drink that originates from Taiwan and is now extremely popular in other Asian countries and is the "hip" thing here in Southern California. I tried the original black tea variant and enjoyed it. Not too sweet, the drink still kept its strong black tea taste.

I've decided on two conclusions: タピオカティーはうまいです、and 私はタピオカティーが好きです。I wonder if what I've just written in 日本語 is correct...

タピオカはうまいです。
this is okay, but
タピオカはおいしい(oishii)です。
sounds better.
Umai and desu somehow does not sound go well.
tapioka ha Umai.○
tapioka ha Umai yo ○
tapioka ha umai desu △

私はタピオカティーが好きです

perfect!!!

hi, watashi ha haruka san ga daisukidesu.
