Men only train carriages?

We all know about women-only train carriages, but what about those for men only? There has been a rise of groping scams, and many males don't know how to protect themselves from being scammed. A typical scam scenario would be like: A girl accuses a man of touching her, tries to extort money from him, or else she calls the cops...

I'm not sure if men-only trains would be good or not, but I think we all should follow caution when going on a train...what does everyone else think?
